*If you find your room within one week from the reservation time demonstrably to the same reservation regulations (same type of room, matching arrival and departure dates, same number of guests, same currency) in the Internet on-line bookable at a lower price and announce yourselves in this connection within this week with us, we charge you the lower price. Guaranteed!
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Arrival at apartments: on arrival day after 4:00pm. If you are arriving after 7:00pm, we ask you to inform us in a timely manner.
Departure from apartments: on departure day by 10:00am.
Arrival at family studio / double room: on arrival day after 2:00pm. If you are arriving after 7:00pm, we ask you to inform us in a timely manner. Departure from family studio / double room: on arrival day by 11:00am.
Reservations: A binding reservation can only be made with an online booking through our website or accepted via our e-mail correspondence with the “BOOK NOW” button, and is fully confirmed after a transfer of 30% of the tour price to “Sparkasse Radstadt”, IBAN: AT08 2040 4088 0710 0266 within 3 days after booking. Exceptions to this apply to online bookings with their own stated booking conditions.
With your booking you accept our booking and cancellation conditions.
The bank-transfers from NON EU Countries must be made free of charge for the recipient!
Payment: We do accept following credit cards to settle your hotel invoice: VISA and MASTERCARD! Up to four working days prior your departure you can pay by bank transfer, or in CASH on site, or with a debit card (from Austria, Germany, Netherlands), or with V-Pay.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
For cancellations up to three months before arrival we charge a 50 € processing fee per apartment/room. In the event of late or early arrival, the confirmed booking time must be paid in full. 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% and 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price . In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival we charge 100% cancellation fee. The cancellation right in accordance with § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not applicable, however the General Terms & Conditions for the hotel trade do apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) and/or § 5 of the AGBH 2006.
Exceptions to this apply to online bookings with their own stated cancellations conditions.
For bookings of special offers for example “Last Minute” or “Non Refundable Rates”, separate cancellation conditions are valid, about which you will be informed upon your booking!
For summer bookings (travel period 05.07.2025 to 07.09.2025) special cancellation and special booking conditions apply according to booking confirmation, such as no deposit or free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival!
